Truth and Anger

I hope you
Didn’t mean
What you said

Sometimes
Anger
Brings about
Truths

Ugly truths
Sooner swallowed back down
Like acidic bile
Than admitted twice

But the words
Were said
All the same
And it hurts
Hurts
